How Long After a Lasik Surgery Can I Start Lifting Weights Again?
I had lasik done 1 1/2 weeks ago and the surgeon told me that I shouldn't run or do weight lifting/ crunches for a month but he told me I can do jogging. Is this true? I need some opinions please.

I was told nothing strenuous or with any impact for a month, but that brisk walking was fine. I wouldn't take any risks - it's just not worth it. Your sight is precious.
Incidentally, the foreign medical graduate comment was wildly unnecessary and somewhat racist. It seems that Aurael has not been capable of gaining a medical degree or a single vote towards a 'best answer.' Too bad.

LikeDislikeThen look at how cheap corrective eye surgery has become. It isn't covered by insurance and most people pay out of pocket for it. Market forces can work on the medical industry just as well as any other industry.
