Inversion Table Safe After Lasik?Can People Sleep While Being Partially Inverted?
I have back pain and is looking for whatever way to fall asleep easier. I had lasik done so was wondering if its safe doing inversion therapy after lasik can't find anything on google about it.

It depends on how long ago you had lasik, if it was recently, I don't recommend doing inversion therapy. It is best to just try to relax where you are and not disturb the eye's healing process. But, generally inversion therapy will not damage or affect your eye.

LikeDislikeIn general, one would say that it is better not to sleep inverted on the first post-operative day or days. There is a likelihood that the lasik flap might get disturbed inadvertently during this time. After a few days, the epithelial "glue" that holds the flap in place after LASIK should reach sufficient thickness and strength that this should not matter.
It is always a good idea not to rub the eye (or have habits that would cause you to intentionally or otherwise strongly rub the eye) vigorously after LASIK. After all, it is only the epithelial glue that keeps the flap in place. If you somehow disturb it, then the flap can slip or get displaced.
